Quinoa is a nutrient-packed gluten free grain that you can enjoy at any time of day. In this recipe, youll enjoy tender quinoa flavored with fresh apple and cinnamon in a warm, satisfying breakfast bowl. Start by combining ¾ cup milk with ¼ cup dry quinoa, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan. Add ¼ cup diced apple and bring the mixture to a boil. Cover the saucepan and reduce the heat then simmer for 12 to 15 minutes until the quinoa absorbs the liquid. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes then top with another ¼ cup of diced apple and some slivered almonds.

When it comes to something being the ultimate, you want all of the flavors and toppings. This pancake sandwich packs sweet and savory, soft and a little crunchy, and warm and gooey all in a bite.
Let’s break down all of the tasty and fun components to this breakfast extravaganza. We’ll start with the pillowy soft pancakes holding it all together.
You are going to make the recipe on your favorite Gluten Free pancake mix, using your desired Dairy Free milk along with the addition of two ingredients that make these special. To bring texture, flavor, and that naturally toothsome crunch, you’re going to add one tablespoon of cornmeal to each batch. In addition, since we’re going for that McGriddle flavor you’re also going to add two tablespoons of maple syrup. I promised you a little sweet after all!

Once your sausage is cooked, golden, and a little crispy, add in those eggs. You can’t have a breakfast sandwich without eggs. Take your time scrambling them with your heat on medium-low. You want those soft, decadent, comforting bites.
Last, but in no way least because it’s the ooey and gooey crowing glory, pick your favorite Dairy Free cheese. Think of these as design your own breakfast sandwiches.
Savory Gluten & Dairy Free Avocado Toast With Sardines
This is one of my favorite sugar free savory breakfast recipe that is really quick to make.
This savory breakfast its really satisfying for those days when you have salty cravings. The rich fatty flavor and texture of this avocado toast helps cut down on the fishy notes of the sardine, turning this simple gluten free dairy free breakfast into something very delicious and filling!
For this I used agluten free sourdough bread bunthat I previously made. I keep them in the freezer and in the morning, I just throw a few buns in the toaster, slice or mush some avocado, and top them with caned wild caught sardines.
I like those sardines because the fish is cleaned and deboned, theyre in olive oil, not soy, plus theyre wild caught, not farmed. Farmed fish are usually genetically modified and fed with chemicals.
The best part about sardines is that they are also one of the most nutritious fishes in the sea. They have one of the most concentrated sources of omega-3 fatty acids plus theyre a great source of vitamin D, and vitamin B12.

Bring out your waffle maker and whip up a batch of gluten free batter to make these crispy, gluten free waffles store the extras in an airtight container and reheat them in the toaster all week long. Start by combining 1 ¾ cups gluten free flour with ½ cup of gluten free rolled oats, 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk in 1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk, ¼ cup melted coconut oil, and ¼ cup pure maple syrup. When everything is smooth and well combined, let the batter rest for 10 minutes while you preheat your waffle iron. Spoon ½ cup of batter into the waffle iron and cook until crisp then repeat with the remaining batter. Top your waffles with fresh fruit and a drizzle of pure maple syrup or honey for the ultimate breakfast treat.

Sausage Egg And Spinach Stack With Crispy Sage
When I first went dairy-free almost two and a half months ago, I had no problem saying goodbye to the cheese in my favorite sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches.
When I then had to also give up grains, that has turned out to be not necessarily as difficult, as it has been awkward.

How To Cook The Egg
Basically, you scramble up one egg with a tiny bit of water . Pour it into a hot, medium-sized, buttered pan. It starts to set almost immediately.
Place a couple of slices of cheese in the center to melt, then fold one side over the middle, followed by the opposite side. Repeat with the remaining two sides. And youre done!
Eggs cooked this way will please kids, as well as runny yolk-averse individuals and basically everyone. Try it, and youll see.
