Red Robin Gluten Free Menu Commitment
It appears that Red Robin is setting the bar for gluten free menus. They actually have a webpage dedicated to their commitment. This is really cool!
They actual state their menu is managed by certified master allergen trainers. I dont know what they are or how they get certified, but it sounds really good! That is definitely a first in the restaurant business. I have not seen comments like that before.

If I want bold flavors, I order the Smoke & Pepper Burger. This burger is big on flavor and can easily be made gluten-free.
The only substitution you will need to request is a gluten-free bun instead of the default brioche bun.
Red Robins Smoke & Pepper Burger is Red Robins ½ pound black Angus pattie topped with extra sharp cheddar cheese, black-peppered bacon, romaine lettuce, dill pickles, and Smoke & Pepper ketchup.

Gluten Free Menu At Red Robin:
They serve their Gluten Free and Allergen meals in a yellow basket instead of a red basket. Not only that but the manager delivers your food to you when you have an allergen. We often chose to dine out at Red Robin because only do they accommodate me they also offer Gluten Free buns so it so much more than just offering you a burger with no bun. The gluten free buns taste great too! I hope this helps give you a Gluten Free dining out option. You can of course choose them in a lettuce wrap too if you prefer.
Always be sure to ask if the fries are being fried in a separate fryer. This can be a huge source of cross contamination and it is important that you clarify with the specific restaurant. They also have a great interactive menu online that will help you as you are making your menu selections. You can simply use that on your phone to help you place your order. They even show modifications that will help you in making choices.
I typically always enjoy a delicious burger however they have a yummy chicken sandwich, salads, salmon and more. Even a kid’s sundae is on the menu! Be sure to give Red Robin a try if you are gluten free or Celiac. I find the food to be delicious and the service too! They also have a great loyalty program and you get a free burger on your birthday! You can’t go wrong with that!

You see, if youre allergic to gluten or have Celiacs Disease, there are a few issues that you sometimes run into.
First, most major restaurant chains dont offer an official gluten free menu. Youll literally have to spend hours at a time looking at a restaurants nutrition and ingredients list manually crossing out unsuitable options for your diet. This is an annoying and painstaking task that should be done by no one, and I mean NO ONE.
And if restaurant does have a gluten free menu, they usually burry it in the archives of their websites where youll literally take hours of your life digging through it into you finally find the menu.
Second, if a restaurant does offer a gluten free menu the kitchen staff, servers, and management are either
Third, certain restaurants are cross contamination havens I mean seriously, some restaurants you go to are so dangerous for gluten free dieters that their dining experience can be deadly.
Its a nightmare.

Saturday night we joined some friends for dinner at Red Robin. Before going Gluten Free I used to love their Banzai burger drip down my hand good!

I had a wonderful Gluten Free experience at Red Robin. I told the waiter right away that I was Gluten Free. He said no problem and that he would get the manager to bring me a menu. A couple minutes later the manager brought be the guide I saw online. I asked about the fry situation. The manager explained they have a DEDICATED FRYER FOR PEOPLE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES!! How awesome is that?! I asked him what else gets cooked in that fryer and he said just the fries!
This was a very enjoyable meal! The lettuce held up well as a bun substitute. I dipped my fries in the ketchup and was good to go. I really appreciated their attention to my specific food needs. We will go back!
