Mussels In White Wine
Packed with protein, omega-3s, and a cache of energy-boosting B vitamins, shellfish make an ideal way to start a meal, or simply add a salad to the side, and you can call it a full meal for dinner. Build a flavor base with onions, garlic, and other aromatics, then add the mussels and enough liquid to create some steam. Cover and cook until they pop open, about 5 minutes or so. And make sure you have plenty of crusty bread for dunking in the sumptuous broth at the bottom of the bowl. No leftovers left behind!

What Are The Best Flours For Gluten Free Dinner Recipes
There are many gluten free flours that you might use when making dinner, including:
- The simplest gluten free flour blend of superfine white rice flour, potato starch, and tapioca flour/starch for thickening a roux
- Superfine white rice flour for frying
- Tapioca flour to make stretchy gf breads and wraps to serve along with dinner
Which youll use will depend on the recipe that youre making. For example, you might use sweet white rice flour to thicken a gf gravy or soup, and rice flour for deep frying. There are also gluten free flour blends, such as my personal favorite Better Batter, that you might use to make breads and pasta or gluten free desserts.

The Thing With Dairy And Gluten
Gluten and dairy are delicious, I know, lets not pretend. LikeI dream of crawling into a giant pita bread with cheese in it and eating my way out almost every night. But dairy and gluten can cause a lot of trouble for many people all over the world and most of us dont even know it! Like myself, I never really had digestive issues after eating bread with cheese, so I thought: Im good. Seems like I won the genetic lottery. Smart, beautiful, humble and can eat pizza without having to cut it out of her stomach.
Turns out, my sensitivity to gluten, dairy and about 20 other types of foods shows up in other symptoms. Like pains in my joints, my muscles, my headSo yeah, I did a test, that cost me a lot of real money, not crypto, some dignity and a broken vein. Im in the process of eliminating the 20+ foods they found I shouldnt eat. And by eliminating I mean, eating everything that I already have in my fridge and not buying them anymore. I need to come up with new recipes and I will record the best ones here then probably share the meal plan, because I cannot keep anything for myself, but actual food.

Plus, it’s packed with amino acids and nutrients and can be quiet good for your health, especially when picking the leaner pieces.

Spiced And Seared Flank Steak With Carrot Mash And Snap Peas
Steak, peas, and carrots are a familiar trio, and usually not very exciting. Here, each element is transformed: a smoky spice rub on seared flank steak, crispy snap peas brightened with rice vinegar, and a silky carrot mash. Chop the carrots to about 1/4-inch pieces so they cook through evenly, otherwise the mash may have a few lumps. The grain of the meat refers to the direction of the muscle fibers . Cut across the grain, or across the width of the steak, to break up the fibers for slices that are tender, not tough.

Seared Cod With Bacon Braised Fennel And Kale
Its easy to get your vegetable fix in winter with this simple fennel and kale skillet supper. First, sear the cod fillets in the bacon drippings to get a good crust, then add back to the pan and cover so they can steam and impart their juices on the vegetable mixture. You can use any flaky fish in place of cod, such as grouper or snapper. We love the colorful pop of multicolored mini peppers, but a red or yellow bell pepper would also work. If you think youre not a fan of fennel, try it herethe slices will mellow considerably once sautéed and steamed.
What Is A Good Seasoning For Ground Turkey
Seasoning ground turkey is very important to avoid making a dish without flavour. Luckily, ground turkey goes well with almost all spices and herbs.
My favourite spices to add to ground turkey recipes are: cumin, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and thyme. For this Ground Turkey skillet with green beans recipe, I used only salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper because the tomato sauce has lots of flavour already. But you can add any spices you want to make this recipe great for your taste.
