Well, let me explain.
You see, we all have consumed grains, dairy, legumes, and meat in our lifetime, yes? Yes! I eat them all. Gluten-free grains of course.
But heres the thing. As I sit here typing up this post, I can tell my brain and body need a little calming down. Its been on the crazy cycle for oh weeks now! YIKES! Yes, stress can really take a toll on ones health and deplete you of important key MINERALS.
You know what else it can do? It can cause that oxidative stress to rise and if we are under chronic stress , the physical and mental kind, then our immune system is going to have a hard time responding. Sad, but true.
On the other hand, a little stress and a little inflammation can be good for the body. If you are healthy, managing stress, and moving the body daily, then your body will easily recover from that acute stress and build it up stronger.

The Thing With Dairy And Gluten
Gluten and dairy are delicious, I know, lets not pretend. LikeI dream of crawling into a giant pita bread with cheese in it and eating my way out almost every night. But dairy and gluten can cause a lot of trouble for many people all over the world and most of us dont even know it! Like myself, I never really had digestive issues after eating bread with cheese, so I thought: Im good. Seems like I won the genetic lottery. At Long Last A Roll Recipe That Works Wonders
This little obsession of mine has been going on for months on end, and I have recipe notes written and scratched out, batches that went straight into the bin after coming out the oven, and other batches that were passable. But mostly, nothing to write home about.
Until now. I want to shout this from the rooftops, because I am over the moon about this amazing recipe for the best gluten-free dinner rolls ever!
This means that at the next holiday meal , those of us on a gluten-free diet can also enjoy a fluffy bread roll too!
If you can tell how excited I am about these fluffy dinner rolls, its because I am ECSTATIC that after more than half a year of recipe-testing, Ive finally found THE RECIPE worth sharing with you.
Dish By Dish Tips/tricks:
- Grease Your Hands for Shaping Dough: Since this dough will be wet and sticky , make sure to grease your hands with oil before rolling the dough to prevent the dough from sticking to the palms of your hands. Greased hands also make rounder balls and gets the job done faster and easier.
- Smooth Tops of Dough Balls: If the dough balls are not completely smooth once youre done shaping them, simply dip your fingers in water and smooth out the tops of the dough balls.
- Let the Rolls Cool Before Eating: As with all gluten-free baked goods, youll have to let these gluten-free rolls cool for at least 15 minutes before eating. If you dont let it cool sufficiently, the starches in the bread wont have time to set up properly, and youll end up with gummy bread . So patience is required, but youll be dearly rewarded.

The Search For Perfect Gluten
In particular, Ive been dead set on making the perfect gluten-free dinner rolls.
In fact, Ive been obsessed with developing a roll recipe that is soft, light and fluffy, and actually looks and feels like a real white bread roll, as opposed to a hard ball of dough that you could play ping pong or go putting on the green with.
I cant even remember how many failed roll recipes Ive tried and thrown away immediately, or how many packets of yeast Ive bought and used in my bread experiments.
