The Reason That This Anti
In order to help COMBAT that chronic inflammation, we need to first make some MAJOR lifestyle changes . Oops, Im failing at that.
We also need to MAXIMIZE certain nutrients in our diet, such as omega 3 rich foods , anti-oxidants, minerals, Vitamin D, probiotics, water, and so on and so on. Temporarily removing a dairy, and maybe even certain types of grains can help absorb your body absorb more nutrients and therefore reduce stress on the body. Does that make sense?
I know, youre probably now wondering but why a dairy-free Anti-inflammatory meal plan? Doesnt cultured dairy do wonder for the gut? YES, it SURE does! Grass-fed dairy thats rich in probiotics, like kefir, and yogurt, and even REAL butter, can be healthy and nourishing. Plus they are SOOOO tasty!
But heres the thing, if you are under that chronic inflammation and stress, then you might also be experiencing digest issues and food intolerances. Any food can be inflammatory if your body comes to see it as an invader under chronic inflammation. Which may include dairy, casein, and lactose included! Hopefully, its a temporary intolerance, but you never know. Which is why I suggest trying out a low FODMAP meal plan first.
No no, dont be worried, we can get this all worked out. Yes, we are going nourish the body and reduce stress.
Test, rest, reset! YES!!

Gluten Free General Tsos Chicken On Rice
What about those nights when you really crave fast food or carry out? I get it! One of my favorite finds at Aldi is a gluten free dairy free General Tsos Chicken meal.
Obviously, its not enough for that little bag of chicken to feed our family, so we doctor it up a little bit. We like to get a couple bags of frozen broccoli and some red onion and add that to our chicken. It helps the meal go farther and it tastes more like take out to me! We serve it over a bed of rice.
I will say, this sauce is delicious but it does have a kick to it, so if you have someone in your family who doesnt like spicy things, you can hold back a little chicken and broccoli before adding the sauce packets.
Tips For Making The Best Gluten
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- Cooking with a wok really makes this recipe easy to make.
- Use a cooking thermometer to check the temperature of the oil.
- Use a splatter guard on top of the wok while the chicken is frying.
- Fry the chicken in batches and do not overcrowd the pan.
- Use a skimmer spoon to remove the chicken from the hot oil.
- Do not overcook the chicken. The chicken pieces will be light golden brown. The chicken will continue to cook a little while it cools off.

Why Follow A Dairy
Well, let me explain.
You see, we all have consumed grains, dairy, legumes, and meat in our lifetime, yes? Yes! I eat them all. Gluten-free grains of course.
But heres the thing. As I sit here typing up this post, I can tell my brain and body need a little calming down. Its been on the crazy cycle for oh weeks now! YIKES! Yes, stress can really take a toll on ones health and deplete you of important key MINERALS.
You know what else it can do? It can cause that oxidative stress to rise and if we are under chronic stress , the physical and mental kind, then our immune system is going to have a hard time responding. It will try to react and recover but doesnt have the necessary nutrients in order to do so. Hey, its pretty tired of trying to fight, ya know? Hence the continuous inflammation of the body and brain. Sad, but true.
On the other hand, a little stress and a little inflammation can be good for the body. If you are healthy, managing stress, and moving the body daily, then your body will easily recover from that acute stress and build it up stronger.
Unfortunately, for many of us, we get stuck in the chronic stress cycle. Am I right? Raising hand! Which is why I thought it was about time we make another anti-inflammatory meal plan. Our first anti-inflammatory meal plan focused on grain-free and gluten-free recipes. This plan focuses on gluten-free and dairy-free.

How To Avoid A Dry Or Soggy Nachos Recipe
There are two dreaded nachos recipe states: too soggy or too dry. This recipe avoids both and lands solidly in the just right camp. Heres what weve learned on the soggy vs dry nacho front:
- Add a little cheese to the chips first, which forms a protective barrier. Then layer your toppings on top.
- Even better, toast the chips in the oven for a few minutes. This helps to crisp them up even a little more .
- Use refried beans with cheese, sour cream and guacamole per the recipe below. This makes sure theyre perfectly loaded with goodness: no risk of dryness!
Gluten Free Pork Chops And Potato Wedges
I got a great deal on a pork loin the other day. I cut it into pork chops, a couple loins, and kept the smaller pieces on the ends for pork stew and pork tacos. It was a bargain and we got several meals out of that piece of meat!
I also realized that I need to get some better knives to cut up my bigger pieces of meat. Any suggestions for me?
The pork chops with a couple sides make an easy gluten free dairy free meal. I like to pair the chops with potato wedges and a green veggie.
I usually do one pan for my pork chops and one pan for my potato wedges.
- Drizzle pork chops with olive oil, sprinkle with my favorite ranch seasoning packet, and bake at 350.
- Toss the cut potato wedges in olive oil and bake with the chops.
Make sure to keep an eye on your chops so they dont over cook. I think my thick chops and potato wedges are usually done in around 45 minutes.

Gluten And Dairy Free Lunch Ideas
Gluten and dairy free lunch ideas are becoming more and more popular. This is because people are trying to eat healthier and avoid gluten and dairy, which are common allergens. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, spelt, kamut, and oats. I am on a dairy-free diet and my family for the most part as well. Dairy is a protein found in milk from cows, goats, sheep, and camels. Gluten and dairy are both unhealthy for those who have celiac disease or lactose intolerance. However, many people with these conditions can still enjoy a gluten-free or dairy-free lunch. Here are some great gluten-free lunch ideas!
Gluten and dairy are two ingredients that are often found in many school lunches. It can be hard to find a gluten and dairy-free alternative at school, but there are some easy lunch ideas that will help you to stay healthy. If you have a sandwich, try to use whole grain bread and turkey or chicken instead of ham or bacon. If you have a bagel, try to use a gluten free bagel with almond or coconut cream cheese and a fruit-like apple slices. If you have a salad, try to use gluten free croutons and gluten free dressing.
Also, gluten-free grains are a great alternative to gluten-containing grains. Gluten-free grains like quinoa, millet, and buckwheat can be used in everything from breakfast to dessert. The good news is that gluten-free grains are also high in protein and fiber, which can help you lose weight and maintain a healthy digestive system.

What Shrimp To Buy
There are lots of options at the store when it comes to shrimp! When youre shopping for this shrimp stir fry, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Wild caught. Fish that is wild caught in your country is usually a sustainable choice. There are also quality options in well-regulated farms see Seafood Watch Consumer Guide.
- Find medium shrimp . Medium shrimp is our favorite, because its bite-sized and distributes well with the veggies. Large works too! Medium is labeled as 41 to 50 count, and Large as 31 to 40 count .
- Use tail on or peeled. Tail on looks nice, but you do have to remove the tails with your hands as you eat them! Peeled is nice, especially when serving kids.
- Fresh or frozen. Both have essentially the same freshness because most shrimp are immediately flash frozen. Just make sure to thaw the shrimp in advance.
