Ive gathered up twenty-five easy, healthy, and tasty recipes that are perfect for packing in a lunchbox. Whether you are packing lunches for work, or school, or field trips, there are sure to be some recipes here that youll love!

This post is for you, but its also for me! I needed a little lunchtime inspiration over here as well. When we have to pack a lunch, we tend to turn to the same things again and again. Salmon salad, sesame free hummus and crackers, veggies, granola barswe generally have those on repeat over here.

Support For Children With Coeliac Disease

Explaining coeliac disease to children must be tough for parents. I think I was lucky that I was pretty much a teenager when I was diagnosed so I could understand it a little better.

But I imagine it must be so difficult as a child to understand why your friends are eating foods you can’t.

Which is why I wanted to make these gluten free lunchbox ideas super fun! Just because you have coeliac disease or are gluten free, it doesn’t mean you should miss out on fun and creative lunch ideas!

Quick Salads For Healthy Lunches

Fall Harvest Chopped Salad Top a mix or romaine and spinach with sliced apples, pumpkin seeds, pecans, and chopped rotisserie chicken. Drizzle with a balsamic dressing.

Cobb Salad Top romaine lettuce or other greens with a hard boiled egg, deli turkey, tomatoes, and bacon crumbles. Drizzle with dairy free ranch dressing.

Buffalo Chicken Chopped Salad Toss cooked chicken in your favorite buffalo sauce. Top romaine or other greens with the chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, avocado, and celery. Mix ranch dressing with buffalo sauce and drizzle on top.

Spinach and Strawberry Salad Top lettuce and spinach with cooked chicken, sliced strawberries, avocado, and walnuts or pecans. Drizzle with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Chopped Asian Salad Combine romaine, carrots, red cabbage, almonds cooked chicken , mandarin oranges, and cilantro. Drizzle with peanut sauce and gently toss to combine.

10 Easy Healthy Lunch Ideas That Are Paleo &  Gluten

Finding a decent gluten free pizza can be difficult and even if you find a pizza shop that offers gluten free crust, the risk of cross-contamination is very high. If youd rather not deal with the hassle of preparing your own crust, use Schär Gluten Free Pizza Crusts to whip up a homemade margherita pizza. Start by brushing the crust with olive oil then sprinkle with thinly sliced garlic. Top the pizza crust with thin slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato then lightly season with salt and fresh cracked pepper. Sprinkle with whole or sliced basil leaves then bake at 450°F for about 10 minutes until the mozzarella is melted. Top with fresh grated parmesan and slice to serve!

This lemon artichoke pasta with asparagus is a simple recipe to prepare and it reheats well which makes it perfect for lunch on the go.
