How To Make A Gluten Free Peach Dump Cake
To make this easy peach dump cake, first you will preheat the oven to 350F and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
Next youll combine your peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon in one of the mixing bowls and pour it into your prepared baking pan.
In the other bowl, youll measure out your cake mix and combine it with the cinnamon.
Sprinkle this mixture over your peach mixture and spread out until fairly even.
Next, thinly slice your butter sticks and space the squares evenly over the top of the cake mix.
Bake for 20 minutes. Rotate the pan and look for dry spots on top.
If any spots seem dry, add a bit more butter to those spots.
Cook for another 20-25 minutes until golden. Let cool before serving.

My Favorite Pans For Gluten Free Carrot Cake And Cupcakes
This recipe is designed to be made either in 2 8-inch round cake pans, or the standard wells of a 12-cup muffin tin. I always recommend baking in cast aluminum, which conducts heat well but not too well, and is light in color so it doesnt burn the outside by attracting too much heat in the oven.
Since the recipe calls for 4 eggs, you can easily cut the ingredients in half, right down the middle, and make either 1 cake or just 12 cupcakes. The cupcakes do freeze really well, though, if you make the whole recipe but dont have a need for all 24.
If your pan is 9-inches in diameter, rather than 8-inches, it will make shorter cakes that bake faster. Begin checking at 25 minutes.
Keep in mind that theres no truly standard size well in a standard 12-cup muffin tin. So you may get more or fewer cupcakes than the recipe states.

Ive successfully made cream cheese-style frosting dairy free by using 4 ounces Daiya nondairy cream cheese, 8 tablespoons nonhydrogenated shortening, and 6 tablespoons Earth Balance nondairy butter in place of the butter and cream cheese.
I find that nondairy cream cheese has a strong taste that can become unpleasant if used in large amounts, so I dont use a whole 8 ounces of it in place of 8 ounces of conventional cream cheese.
An easy gluten free dairy free alternative to making your own frosting is to buy a can of Pillsbury brand cream cheese frosting. Its gluten free, and contains no dairy ingredients .

They Are So Easy To Make
It took me less than five minutes to prep the ingredients, even making these muffins three ways! The longest part was waiting for the coconut oil to go from solid to liquid form and getting everything out of the cupboards! I follow the instructions exactly and time in the oven and they are on the money.
I have tried many recipes and although good, none delivery on flavor, ease of making and consistency like these Simple Mills, Banana Muffins. There is no contest. Honestly, well done Simple Mills, I cannot rave about their products enough.
My son had a birthday yesterday and these banana muffins with chocolate chips were his request for a snack to bring to his classroom to celebrate. A mini chocolate chip banana muffin and a little fruit cup and the kids loved it. Better yet the kids in the classroom that usually feel excluded from eating the treats brought into the classroom were able to have these as well. Bonus!

How To Frost The Cakes
- Place the first cake with the shiny side down on a plate or a cake plate.
- Frost the top of the first cake. This will be the frosting in the center of your cake. I like a good amount of frosting in the center.
- Place the second cake on top of the frosted first cake the shiny side down.
- Frost the top and side of the cake with the remaining frosting.
- I decorated the top with chocolate shavings and frosting flowers using a Wilton 1M tip.

Easy 3 Ingredient Cherry Dump Cake
Like I said before, no bowls, no mixing, only 5 minutes! Let’s make a Cherry Dump Cake.
In a 13×9 inch cake pan, dump 2 cans of cherry pie filling and spread evenly. Over the top of the cherry filling, pour a gluten free vanilla cake mix evenly over the top. Take ¾ cup of refined coconut oil , and place small lumps all over the cake mix. These pieces of coconut oil or butter will melt in the oven and cook into the cake mix as it all comes together.
Bake this cake at 350 for 40 minutes. About half way through , check the cake and fill in any big dry cake spots you see with a little bit of coconut oil or butter again. Let it finish baking until the top is golden brown and cherry is peeking through the top. Let it cool , and serve with ice cream or our FAVORITE coconut whipped cream from Minimalist Baker. Enjoy!
