    My wheat intolerance has been confirmed. After researching the foods I should avoid, its amazing how many foods wheat is part of that I didnt realise. No wonder I was feeling so bad. I feel so much better having cut out all these foods. In the future I will introduce them one by one to see which one effects me the most. Great to have had this test to narrow it down for me though. I now have two of my friends ordering tests tomorrow. Thanks guys!
