Up Charge For Almond Milk

Im not able to drink coffee with regular milk so I requested almond milk. I got charged 50 cents extra because of my milk choice. It isnt right because of my allergies, that I have to pay extra.

I am lactose intolerant and therefore ordered a hot midnight coffee with oatmilk and mocha swirl. Unfortunately I had a bad reaction within hours of consuming it which lasted into the next day. It was horrible. I believe perhaps my order wasnt prepared as I asked for it.

Towards the end of this list, Ive included non shelf-stable items that should be refrigerated. These are great for other types of emergencies when you still have use of a working refrigerator but may not be able to get to the store.

    The short answer is no. None of the food products at Dunkin Donuts are gluten-free at this time. The perpetually popular donut and coffee chain did try to develop some gluten-free products, including a gluten-free Cinnamon Sugar Donut and Blueberry Muffin, but abandoned that effort in 2014.     That doesnt just apply to poorly driving a vehicle with a manual transmission.

    Gluten-free specialty products are pricey, but they dont have to be.

    The issue is, everyone wants to eat the same diet theyve always eaten, just without the wheat. And that wont work, at least not healthfully.

    First of all, gluten-free products are highly processed. In order to give people the familiar textures, lots of additives are necessary to simulate the airiness that results when wheat gluten is combined with a leavening agent. Heres an ingredients list from a common gluten-free white bread.

    This is more nutritious, but its certainly far from simple. And life is complicated enough without complicated food.
