Gluten Free No Bake Raspberry Chocolate Tart

3 Vegan No Bake Desserts (Gluten Free)

Here is a delectable gluten free dessert that doesnt need baking. This exceptional dessert may look complicated but takes only minutes to prepare. Nothing tastes better than raspberries smothered with chocolate. In this raspberry chocolate tart, the crust is made with hazelnut flour making this a grain-free dessert. This gem of a tart can also be served frozen.

Chewy Ginger Molasses Cookies By Allergylicious

Ginger cookies are a holiday staple, and these delicious treats strike perfect balance of spice and sweet. These can easily be made grain-free with a gluten-free flour and are the perfect gift for a neighbor or loved one celebrating from afar.

Naturally-sweetened and downright delicious, this might be one of the healthiest holiday desserts around.

What Type Of Fat To Use

To keep them vegan and dairy-free, I used coconut oil, but you can also use unsalted butter. Im assuming vegan butter would also work!

You can use refined coconut oil or unrefined coconut oil in these cookies. If you use unrefined, it adds a slight coconut taste, which is actually pretty nice and doesnt take anything away from the peanut butter flavor.

If you dont want to use peanut butter, check out my other versions of these no-bake cookies, which are all also gluten-free and vegan. And if you would like to make peanut butter, but you just dont have any on hand, heres How to Make Peanut Butter:

Tips For Making The Best No

  • Get all of your ingredients out and measure before you start. This recipe comes together really quickly.
  • After the mixture gets to a rolling boil, set a timer and continue to boil for one minute. If the mixture boils too long, the no-bake cookies will turn out too dry, and if the mixture does not boil long enough the cookies will not set properly.
  • Make sure the mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
  • Spray a cookie scoop with gluten-free cooking spray.
  • I use a 1 ý tablespoon cookie scoop.
  • To make larger cookies use two scoops the mixture per cookie.
  • If your no-bake cookies are not firming up after 20-30 minutes you can place them in the refrigerator or freezer.

My favorite no bake dessert is one my Mother made and she called it Blueberry Surprise and it had graham crackers and cream cheese in it.

My favorite no bake dessert is peanut butter pie. This isn’t our best version, but still very delicious. We prefer using the premade Oreo crust over the graham cracker for the contrast of chocolate and peanut butter.
