Made by Mulino Caputo in Naples, Italy Fioreglut is the best Gluten Free Flour on the market because it uses deglutinized wheat starch and a blend of cereals to make a flour that can be mixed, fermented, stretched and cooked just like a traditional Neapolitan Pizza Dough.

What are all the ingredients in our Gluten Free Dough? Mulino Caputo Fioreglut flour, Water, Salt, Yeast. That’s it! Each batch of our dough is mixed by hand in dedicated equipment, then allowed to ferment over 24 hours for outstanding flavor and dough structure!

The result is a yeasty, flavorful, soft and chewy crust in keeping with authentic Italian tradition and safe for Gluten Free guests.

Is Marcos Pizza Dough Vegan

All of the following Marcos pizza doughs are vegan: Thin Crust, Thick Crust, Original Crust, Lite Crust, Big Square Deal Crust, Deep Pan Crust, and Cauliflower Crust .

The only crust option thats questionable is the Gluten-Free Crust . It appears to be vegan, toobut the allergen info listed it as May contain egg and cheese. I didnt see any dairy or egg ingredients listed, but you may want to check that with staff at your location.
