Banana uses 0.03g of Turmeric. The same color system is used for Lemon Meringue.

Eggnog has 0.035g of beta carotene, it comes from carrots and tints Doritos the orange color youre familiar with. Although technically its a source of an inferior source of vitamin A, we dont declare that on the nutrition panel because humans dont convert beta carotene to retinol at a very efficient rate.

My Top Favorite Flavors

  • Root Beer Float

While I didn’t find any of their flavors offensively bad, I definitely had my preferences, and have around 6 flavors that I reorder regularly. From reading comments on the Keto Chow subreddit, everyone has their favorite flavors. Some people go crazy for Chocolate Peanut Butter and Mocha while I thought these flavors were simply average.One small negative in the taste department is that Keto chow does have a bit of a salty taste to it, due to the sodium content to ensure it’s nutritionally complete. While you may notice this at first, you get used to it quickly in my experience and won’t notice it anymore.

What Sweeteners Are Used In Keto Chow

The Natural Strawberry uses monk fruit as a sweetener

The Savory Chicken Soup, Creamy Tomato Basil, Spicy Taco Base, Beef Soup Base, and Base Powder contain no sweetener.

The other flavors of Keto Chow use 0.08g of pure sucralose. Many confuse sucralose with its brand name, Splenda, which contains maltodextrin as a bulking agent. You wont find any of that in Keto Chow.
