So, if I wanted him to try my pie as well, I had to make it exactly the same taste as my pumpkin bonbon, thats why cottage cheese got in the pie as well.

    • 1 stick butter, softened or melted
    • 2 cups chopped/shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 cups chopped Velveeta cheese
    • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    • ½ cup gluten free breadcrumbs

    Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Whisk together the evaporated milk, eggs, mustard powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Boil the pasta to al dente according to the directions on the box then drain.
