Our guests asked and we listened! Dough Pizzeria Napoletana is now offering Gluten Free Pizzas! After much research and testing, we have found what we think is the best flour, imported from Italy. We are making the dough in-house vs. using the generic frozen shells that are typically used when making Gluten Free Pizza.
There are five Gluten Free Pizzas to choose from:

Build Your Own Authentic Brick Oven Pizza

Originally introduced to New York from Naples, Italy in the early 1900’s, the New York style pizza has become distinctively American. The hand tossed crust is very thin, slightly crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. The sauce is a simple marinara and the cheese is 100% whole milk mozzarella.
Chicago deep dish
Since the 1940’s the identifying feature of Chicago style pizza is the deep dish with massive amounts of ingredients. Olive oil is used in the pans to add a slight, fried crispness to the crust. Mozzarella cheese is placed directly on top of the dough. The toppings are placed on the cheese and then a flavorful marinara sauce is poured on top to create a two-inch deep pie! Our own signature blend of spice and cheese is added as the final touch.

Best Gluten Free In San Antonio
Needless to say we are going straight from the airport to Little Aussie Bakery for lunch – for anyone who doesn’t know, this place is 100% gluten free and they have a bakery too!

Biga and Las Can. are on the river. Both are good.
I have never heard such about Las Can. i.e. having to wear a tie, suit.
The Cove is walkable or an easy taxi ride. I would catch some music there if you have a chance. It a mixture of a car wash, laundry mat, snack bar, music bar, playground.
