Yes. I usually bake it first then freeze it, but because all the ingredients are already cooked you can freeze it before you bake it. Just note that the crust may be a little softer if you bake it before you cook it.

Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven total time is 50 to 55 minutes. Microwave oven 3 minutes, but still recommended to put in conventional oven for 20-22 minutes. I cooked mine using a conventional oven and it came out perfect, with a nice browned crust top and heated perfectly.
I have always loved pot pies. When I was younger I remember them on ad at 5 for a $1.00! Perfect meal when I was a young sailor with a young family, we ate a bunch of them. The only difference between this one and the ones I remember was a bottom crust. I do wish they had a bottom crust if anyone from Blakes is listening!

Overall I enjoyed this frozen meal. Its a bit small for my appetite, so I usually eat it with another meal or snack for lunch, but its still good. I enjoy the flavor of the gravy and the crust. Its nice to have something that I rarely get to try anywhere else including when going out. GF chicken pot pies are not very easy to find!
The taste is a bit sweet for the crust and its also pretty salty inside, but it is not bad for a frozen meal that takes a little over five minutes to make. I will definitely get this again, and other Blakes meals like their gluten-free mac & cheese and shepherds pie.

My secret to making the best gluten-free chicken pot pie filling is that I use rotisserie chicken. The chicken shreds so beautifully, and you get a wonderful mix of juicy dark and white meat.
I use the entire chicken and just shred it all up. The Costco rotisserie chickens are much bigger than grocery store rotisserie chickens, so you may not want to use the entire Costco chicken or just use a bigger casserole dish if you want to cook for a crowd and have extra leftovers.
You could also use leftover Thanksgiving turkey instead of rotisserie chicken to make a turkey pot pie. After your Thanksgiving feast, simply shred the leftover turkey, including the turkey left on the bone of the carcass, and save it for the next day. Youll just add it to your pot pie filling when youre ready to make it.
In addition to juicy rotisserie chicken, your filling can include any vegetables you love. For the fall, I use cubed butternut squash, which I buy cubed already so I dont have to do the difficult task of cubing it. You could easily swap for cubed sweet potatoes or carrots .
