We have visited this cafe multiple times this year and the quality, selections, and service are consistently great!Ruth the owner is the real deal and you can see that she pays close attention to the customer experience from the cafe’s ambience to the glass…plates they serve on.If you’ve never tried gluten free, you’ll be pleasantly surprised, in fact, delighted in the selections raging from bagel sandwiches to breakfast pizzas to salads.Oh and by the way, the deserts and treats are amazing!!More

Family took us here during our visit and their gluten free food tastes just like regular! I had a bite of my husband’s cinnamon roll and it is just like I remember! I had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a gluten…bagel and I got treats for the rest of my trip. Thank you so much this was so good!!!!!More

My wife and I stopped in recently while we were on vacation in Naples! What a ton of options! We snagged a lemon blueberry bread to take home with us, and had an apple turnover and a blueberry trifle for a snack….The food and dessert options are great, but the customer service could have been a little better . The place is decorated nice and has outdoor seating available.More

For this recipe, youll need a deep metal bowl, a hand mixer, a silicone spatula, measuring cups, a sharp knife, and a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Youll also need 1 1/4 cups Miracle Mix, 3 Tbsp. Keto Sweet, 1 pastured egg, 2 Tbsp. melted butter or coconut oil, 1/4 cup almond milk or light coconut milk, 1 1/4 cup fresh organic blackberries, 1 tsp. lemon zest and 1 tsp. non-aluminum baking powder.

When we started this journey, there were no options for truly healthy baking mixes.

Everything was loaded with inflammatory grains, fake fats and sugaror even worse, artificial sweeteners. We knew there had to be a better and MUCH healthier way.

So, with our backgrounds in health research, nutritional biochemistry and recipe development, we set out to use grain-free flours, healthy, slimming fats and natural no-sugar sweeteners to match the taste, texture and flavor of our favorite comfort foods.

At the time, very few people had even heard the term gluten free. There were no products to taste for inspiration and no recipe books to follow. It was all trial and LOTS of errors.

What Makes Epiphany Gluten Free Bakery A Good Neighbor

The dawn of Epiphany began in 2010 when friends and family members were insistent that I share by gluten free baked goods. I was immediately blessed with help and wisdom of Andy Amick, a long time friend, who became my business partner. We original started in my home kitchen with a dozen customers picking up food weekly. As we began to grow we moved to our next phase by participating in Farmers Markets. Our business was growing and with the support of family, friends, and beloved customers it propelled us forward towards our own Store which we opened in July 2017.

Epiphany has dedicated countless hours to perfect our recipes to serve you. Daily we pray over our food and people. We believe these things make all of our products stand out. Of course, not only do processed grains cause inflammation throughout your body, they can lead to weight gain faster than you can decide between poppyseed or cinnamon raisin!

And while they may feel rewarding as a filling meal, youre likely to experience a blood sugar crash, followed by more hunger, after consuming one.

Thats because the fast-digesting carbohydrates are quickly broken down into sugar and released in your bloodstream, leading to a spike in blood sugar. To cope with the excess sugar in the blood, a large amount of insulin also known as the fat storage hormone – is released.
