You Mention A Pizza Stone In Your Directions I Don’t Have One

First, I highly recommend getting a pizza stone if you don’t have one. It really makes a huge difference when you make gluten-free pizza.

But no worries. If you don’t have one, simply use a heavy baking sheet.

If you don’t have a heavy baking sheet then you can use a cookie sheet. Let it preheat in the oven just as you would a pizza stone.

You can do this before you make your gluten-free pizza dough.

Whats Different About This Gluten Free Pizza

Cauliflower and other veggie-based crusts are great, but sometimes you need something a little closer to classic pizza to satisfy your cravings. This Paleo pizza dough bakes up into a gorgeous pie with just the right amount of crunch around the edges.

The middle of the pie is more chewy than crispy, but holds its own well enough to not sag under the weight of whatever toppings you choose. Youll just need two Paleo-style flours to make this Paleo pizza crust, and it will fool your friends with how close it tastes to traditional pizza.

How Long Will This Gluten

This is a trick question, right? I made this crust on the firm side, so the pizza wont get soggy. It keeps well for up to a week when kept in a sealed container in the refrigerator. That is, if you can keep it hidden that long.

So if youre wondering if you can make this fruit pizza the day before the festivities, the answer is yes! Just be sure to keep it stored in the refrigerator until youre ready to serve it.

Gluten Free Dairy Free Pizza

Pepperoni Pizza

This gluten-free pizza recipe is already dairy-free. It uses olive oil. You can top this gluten free dairy free pizza crust with your favorite dairy-free cheese to make a gluten free dairy free pizza.

Another options is to leave the cheese off all together and brush on some dairy-free butter and sprinkle it with garlic salt, after its cooked.

What You Need To Make Paleo Pizza Casserole

Yes there are quite a few ingredients needed here since I didnt want to skip any of the pizza yumminess!

I separated out the ingredients into those for the cheese sauce and the rest of the casserole. Heres everything youll need to prepare the pizza casserole:

Cheese Sauce:

  • Fresh basil, for garnish

How To Make Paleo Pizza Casserole

Once your cheese sauce is done, set it aside. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain and set aside. Preheat your oven to 375° F and lightly grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the onion, peppers, and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened, then add the garlic, stir, and cook another and sprinkle the mixture with sea salt and pepper. Continue to cook 2 more minutes.

Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and crumble the sausage to the other side. Cook, using a spatula to break up lumps as it browns. Mix the sausage with the veggies and continue to cook until itâs fully browned, then remove from heat. Stir in the marinara or pizza sauce and cooked pasta, plus half of the pepperoni.

Assemble the casserole: Transfer the sausage pasta mixture to the casserole dish, then pour the cheese sauce over the top. Arrange the remaining pepperoni over the top, and baked in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

I hope youre ready for a dream of a casserole thats sure to become a favorite in your house!

Grab your blender, a skillet, and your favorite casserole dish because its time to cook lets go!

Add Wet Ingredients To Dry Ingredients To Form Pizza Dough

Add in the beaten egg, oil, apple cider vinegar, and the yeast mixture. Mix very well together until you get a thick sticky dough .

What Is Fruit Pizza

How to Make Gluten Free,Yeast Free,Dairy Free Pizza Crust

A fruit pizza is a play on the traditional pizza pie. Usually any fruit pizza will have a sweeter crust instead of bread dough, frosting in place of marinara sauce, and fresh fruit as the toppings. You can make a sugar cookie crust like Ive done here, or you can go the full fruit route with a watermelon crust. For a melon crust, simply cut a thick slice from the center of a watermelon and top with frosting and berries. Thats a little messier, but who cares when youre eating outside?

This version features a firm sugar cookie crust , a creamy, dairy-free frosting, and freshly sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries as the toppings. You can, of course, use whatever fruits you like, however, yummy berries such as blueberries are lower in sugar and packed with antioxidants.

Can You Freeze Gluten Free Pizza Crust For Later

Yes! I dont recommend freezing the dough, but the pizza crusts can be frozen after the first bake.

Once theyre cooled to room temp, wrap them in plastic wrap and a layer of foil and pop them in the freezer.

When youre ready to eat some pizza simply unwrap the frozen pizza crust, add your toppings, and bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.

You can also top the pizza before freezing, then pop it in the freezer unwrapped until its frozen solid .

Once its frozen, wrap it in plastic wrap and a layer of foil.

Cook the frozen pizza on a pan for 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees F.

What Is A Dairy

While many of the ingredients are identical with the ones used for standard pizza, here is what makes them different:

1) The Dough

Local pizzaiolos typically prepare the dough with ingredients that are dairy-free . However, be sure to ask for a dairy-free pie in case the restaurant uses butter for the dough or even some cheese baked in the crust.

2) The Sauce

Since the sauce is usually made with crushed or canned tomatoes, some herbs, and spices you may think it is dairy-free, right?Well, some restaurants put Parmesan and Romano cheese in the tomato sauce , so watch out for these hidden diaries.

3) The Cheese

This pizza doesnt have to be cheese-less. But, instead of cheese made with animal milk, pizzerias make dairy-free pies with dairy-free cheese alternatives.

They can be made with plant kinds of milk, proteins from soaked or raw seeds and/or soaked or raw nuts , vegetable fats, soybeans, tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, spices, and more.

These dairy-free cheese alternatives are often melty, gooey, stretchy, and so tasty, you wont even miss the real cheese.

4) The Toppings

Although meat pies without cheese may seem like a good alternative, many processed types of meat and cold cuts can contain milk as a common ingredient. Make sure the meat used is dairy-free, or simply omit it completely.Sautéed or fresh vegetables, vegan or dairy-free cheese, and fresh or dried herbs are the best toppings for a this pizza.

We posted our low fat vegan mozzarella first, then our 3 ingredient gluten free pizza crust and finally were so excited to share this delicious pizza recipe with you guys. Its homemade, vegan, gluten-free, low in fat and its made with vegan mozzarella. I think its the perfect pizza!

As Im following a low-fat diet most of the time, I use tomato paste a lot, besides, its so convenient and tastes great. I use it to make pizzas, sauces and so many recipes.

We used to make our pizzas without any vegan cheese, we just added some tomato paste, veggies and baked the pizza. Finally, we added some nutritional yeast on top and sometimes chopped avocado as well. Once in a while, we used some store-bought cheese or even added our vegan cheese, but we missed mozzarella so much, so weve created a vegan alternative and we love it so much.

You can see some pictures of the process below: first the pizza crust after baking it for 5 minutes and then we added the tomato paste and the mozzarella, in the second picture you can see the pizza with the sliced mushrooms and the chopped red onion and last but not least, the pizza after removing it from the oven with the cherry tomatoes and the fresh basil on top.

This pizza crust is gluten-free, so dont be afraid if it cracks a little bit, weve tried other recipes and it usually happens, besides, its the best recipe weve ever tried, is so simple and easy to make and we love it. Hope you like it as well!

How To Make Paleo Vegan Pizza

Making this pizza is simple and straightforward. Prepare the crust first. Mix your flax egg and water right away and let it sit for 10 minutes before adding to the dough. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl . Spread the dough out into a circle on a parchment lined pizza pan or baking sheet. You can use a bit more tapioca flour to help if the dough is sticky.

Bake the crust at 425° F for about 12-15 minutes or until set. Meanwhile, prepare the cheese sauce. I use a small blender like a Nutribullet when making cheese sauces because my vitamix is too large for the small amount I need to blend.

Blend all the ingredients until you have a very smooth creamy mixture. Once the crust is done, assemble the pizza. Spread the pizza sauce over the crust, and spoon the cheese mixture on top, using as much as desired.

Top with chopped fresh basil and return to the oven to bake another 10 minutes or so, until the crust is crisp on the edges and the cheese sauce is beginning to turn golden. Slice with a pizza cutter and serve with any additional toppings you like.

Where Is The Best Place For Rising Gluten

Yeast pizza dough rises best in a warm location. My oven has a bread proofing mode and that is where I allow my pizza dough to rise. When the oven is set in bread proofing mode it is 100°F.

If your oven does not have a proofing mode you can preheat the oven to 200°F. Once it gets to 100°, turn off your oven.

I know that some people proof their dough ontop of their oven as they preheat it to 425°F. The pizza dough needs warmth to rise properly.

What Other Flours Can I Use In This Pizza Crust Recipe

I have tested this gluten-free pizza crust recipe with Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten Free Flour Blend. It works incredible in this recipe and it’s my other go-to flour blend.

If you want to mix your own blend for this pizza combine 1 cup white rice flour, ¾ cup brown rice flour, ¼ cup tapioca starch.

I haven’t tried this gluten-free pizza dough recipe with other flour blends. If you do, please come back and let me know which gluten-free flour blend you used.

We’ve used this gluten-free pizza recipe several times just this month, and we’ve started passing the recipe on to friends and family member to show them how easy making your own pizza at home can be.

We usually par-bake a couple of extra gluten-free pizza crusts and store them the in the freezer for super busy nights when we need to make dinner quickly.

Simply pull a crust out of the freezer, heat your oven, top, and bake. Just like store bought pizza crusts, only better.

The Secret To A Good Dairy Free Pizza:

DAIRY FREE & GLUTEN FREE PIZZA??!! | SEATTLE, WA

If you have discovered a vegan cheese that you love then youre probably set! But it seems every time I actually find a vegan cheese that I love then the stores stop carrying them and I cant find them anymore! WAH! So we have found a great way around the whole cheese thing!

The key is to add enough greasy meats to offset the melty cheese you are missing! Typically pepperoni does a really great job of soaking up the pizza crust bread but we experiment with all sorts of things!

Goat cheese is another great creamy option if you can handle it. Ive found we can use goat cheese without any side effects for us.

Here is one of our gluten free pizza recipes where we smothered the top in sauce and put all of the ingredients underneath. It helps to hold all of the meats on the pizza.

Although this is our typical type of pizza. A healthy amount of sauce on the bottom, sprinkled with things like sausage, pepperoni, onions, peppers, goat cheese, mushrooms, or anything else you want to add on top.

**Please make sure you read the additional notes on the warming of the milk , the batter, and the pan size/shape in the recipe card below it is VITAL to this recipe!
