Ingredients

· 8 oz. cubed cream cheese

· 1¼ cups shredded pepper jack cheese

· 3 minced and seeded jalapeños

· 2 slices pepper bacon

· ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in 1 cup cheddar, 1 cup pepper jack, and the jalapeños. Scrape mixture into a 3-cup baking dish and set aside. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

Add panko to the bacon fat in the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Transfer the panko to a medium bowl. Crumble the bacon and stir it into the panko along with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle the panko mixture on top of the dip. Bake until bubbly and browned, about 15 minutes.
