The best way to measure gluten-free flour is the spoon & level method. Using a spoon, scoop the flour into the measuring cup. How Good Is Dominos Gluten Free Pizza
However, even though the crust is gluten-free, the pizza is cooked in the same kitchen as their other dishes, so there is little chance of cross-contamination. Overall, Dominos Gluten Free Pizza was nice, however the crust tasted more like pizza next to the pizza than than like pizza itself, which was disappointing.

Almost every single main grocery store in Italy has some sort of gluten free section, usually in a whole separate section. The exception would be small convenience stores, which arent usually a great place to find gluten free bread, pasta, etc.
