The only gluten-free bake shop in the Santa Cruz area, this hot spot draws crowds every day of the weekand for good reason. Though its a dedicated gluten-free facility, the scrumptious treats here attract those with and without gluten sensitivities, serving up an impressive assortment of unique donuts , pastries , and desserts . Savory goodies abound, too, such as spicy salami and Manchego cheese twists hearty muffins packed with sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and olives and buttery bacon-cheddar rolls. You can even special order various items, including pizza crust, scones, breads, pies, and croissants. We have a little something for everyone, savory and sweet… and a few new things we’ve come up with that we think you’ll love. We bake our bread fresh daily, including weekend baguettes and sourdough. The cinnamon rolls and croissants continue to sell out regularly, despite our best efforts to keep up! Our latest addition is a range of new puff pastries with buttery layers and crispy crusts and a variety of tempting daily fillings
Aaaaaand of course, you’ll find all of your favorites in the case, from Blueberry Muffins to decadent chocolate brownies that have been dusted with powdered sugar and kissed with chocolate ganache, including our much-loved donuts. As always, we offer our daily vanilla with maple, vanilla with chocolate, chocolate with vanilla and chocolate with chocolate as well as the occasional extra-special seasonal donuts.
