What Are The Ingredients In Pamelas Pancake Mix
Pamela Pancake Mix is certified gluten-free. This means that each mix goes through vigorous testing and meets strict guidelines set by the FDA to ensure the product is safe for gluten-free consumption. Certified gluten-free brands are as safe as food products can possibly be for us.
The ingredients in this particular mix are:
Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Cultured Buttermilk, Natural Almond Meal, Tapioca Starch, Sweet Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Grainless & Aluminum Free Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum
Its important to note that the following allergens are a may contain for this mix: tree nuts, coconut, eggs, soy and milk. The product itself contains milk and almonds. I thought that was worth pointing out, as if you have a gluten intolerance you are usually intolerant to other products.

One of our familys favorite breakfast on the weekends is Gluten Free Pamelas Pancakes! We love using Pamelas Baking and Pancake Mix for fluffy and delicious hot cakes.
Ashley is the best pancake maker in our house we ask her to make them for us every weekend!
I love making animal and shape pancakes for special occasions too! My kids love it when I make them to spell their names or make holiday themed hot cakes. I take special requests too!
When my son Austin was 5 or 6 years old he asked me to make him an Optimus Prime Transformer pancake! That was a little out of my range of pancake designing but I did my best to accommodate my little man. He was so happy that I did it! Not sure I really hit the target, but he sure was happy!
My daughter Ashley has always loved it when I write her name backwards in cursive writing so that it is perfect when I flip it over! This is always a challenge, but so much fun! Keeps me on my toes for sure!
Since Ayden was born I havent had many special pancake making mornings. This makes them a real treat when I pull out the pancake designing funnel and start making animals, letters and Aydens name for him. He usually asks for very difficult animals and specific characters from his favorite Disney shows. Thankfully he is always happy with the results and gives me a big smile when he says, Thank you Mama!
