My wife is gluten-free and we have enjoyed Piesano’s gluten-free pizza on numerous occasions. It is convenient for our family, close to Publix for our post dinner shopping, and we are glad this restaurant is on our side of town. The waits are usually pretty short and when we have chosen them for takeout, they have been quick.

We ate there last night- I wasn’t hungry but my husband really wanted some Paisano pizza for his last night in Gainesville. I decided to try a personal sized margharita pizza. OMG. It was perfect. Just fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil and fresh mozzarella. On a delicious crust. I ate very bite. Service was good, and the decor is comfortable. I am just wishing I could go back sometime. Next time I am in Gainesville I certainly will.

This is not the best food in town, but it is convenient to my home and the prices are reasonable. The wait is usually minimal.
I had heard much about restaurant from many friends and actually seen the leftovers they would bring to work. Went with fiance and while good, they were very small portions . He felt his meal was too small. It was two stuffed shells with one meatball . Highlight was the rolls which were really taste.I would try again but next time the pizza i I should have tried. It was like going to chinese restaurant and ordering a burger.
