Items starting with GFD are dry products that are shipped in a normal box with no temperature controls. Any orders consisting of dry products under $39 ship at a flat rate of $9 within the Continental U.S. Dry product orders over $39 ship for free!
Frozen Orders
The Gluten-Free Mall sells a large variety of frozen products. These items start with GFF . To maintain product integrity, all frozen orders are shipped in insulated cooler boxes with dry ice.
Frozen shipping is determined by the UPS transit time schedule and is designed to ensure that product arrives in excellent condition. To ensure the product remains solidly frozen, these shipments will not be allowed to sit idle over a weekend.
To maintain the integrity of frozen products while in transit, frozen orders shipping from our Pennsylvania warehouse must be delivered in a timely manner. As a result, shipping fees will vary by location. Please see the map below for shipping charges based on your location.

But whats even better is that, not too long ago, Tesco made the move to make ALL of their crumbed ham totally gluten free.
How awesome is that? Does anyone think more supermarkets should make moves like that?

I found this brand when I was looking for graham crackers for a s’mores night with my friends, and I was excited to find out they taste almost exactly like the delicious original honey made crackers. A New Look For Markets
Many shoppers are seeking out stores with stand-alone gluten-free sections, and food retailers of all sizes are filling the need. At Sprouts, every location has a dedicated area that contains only certified-gluten-free products. This is an important differentiator for people with celiac disease because it allows them to have a simpler shopping experience by focusing on this one aisle rather than having to search throughout the store for various gluten-free products, explains Little.
Publix, a major supermarket chain in the Southeast, has added gluten-free sections to nearly 70 percent of its 1,100 stores, says spokeswoman Maria Brous. Top-selling products there include snacks such as cookies and crackers and convenience items such as mac-and-cheese. North Carolina-based Food Lion recently remodeled 45 stores in its home state to include dedicated gluten-free areas.
Wegmans, a Mid-Atlantic supermarket chain, was one of the first to stock gluten-free items all together. In a typical store, gluten-free flours, mixes, breads, cereals, cookies, snacks, pasta and more fill several aisles and a freezer case in the Natures Market Place natural foods section.
At his familys five-store chain of ShopRite supermarkets in southern New Jersey, the number of gluten-free products has doubled over the past few years, says Brett Ravitz, the vice president of merchandising, stressing the importance of heightened product awareness at his stores.

Perdue Simplysmart Gf Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders
Per 4 tenders: 210 calories, 11 g fat , 520 mg sodium, 16 g carbs , 13 g protein
Not That!: They might be called “tenders,” but the part of the chicken which is actually called the “tender” isn’t even used in this product. Instead, it’s chicken breast with rib meat, which is then coated in rice flour and cornmeal. Compared to Ian’s, Perdue’s offering is much higher in sodium, which won’t help you with that belly bloat.
Aldi Tempura Chicken Mini Fillets
Aaaand then theres the tempura chicken mini fillets which are also from Aldi. They dont have gluten free plastered on them as much as the goujons, so some of you might have missed these ones!
But when you look closer, youll see that these actually have the official Coeliac UK crossed grain symbol
These instantly reminded me of the gluten free Tempura chicken from M& S which is around £4 but these are nearly half the price!
Again, theyre more like battered chicken than breadcrumbed, so we love making our own gluten free McChicken Sandwich with them. They go so well with mayo, lettuce and a soft gf bun!
It actually tastes really similar!

Aldi Lightly Dusted Whitebait
If you loved the Co-op gluten free haddock goujons, then youll love this next accidentally gluten free product!
Its the Aldi lightly dusted whitebait which as you can see in the photo below, has a gluten free coating.
These are absolutely awesome when cooked to perfection in the oven with a little tartar sauce.
My Dad has always loved whitebait and finally, we can share them together again.
And the good news keeps on coming because theres another variation of them too!
They also do a lemon and pepper seasoned lightly dusted whitebait in a gluten free coating as well they were right next to each other in the freezers.
So head down to Aldi and grab a couple of bags if you fancy them!

Barilla Gluten Free Spaghetti

Not That!: Besides corn and rice flour, there are a couple of nasty ingredients lurking in this gluten-free spaghetti: mono- and diglycerides. These man-made additives often contain the same artery-clogging trans fats that the FDA decided to ban in June 2018. The only reason these ingredients are allowed in your food is because the FDA reviewed evidence and concluded that we don’t consume enough of them to count as hazardous however, that “evidence” hasn’t been updated since 1975.
