The cake is small but perfectly formed. Its got a nice sponge texture and a layer of jam under the icing to add a yummy bit of moisture. Theres the right amount of icing too that type you get with printed designs is often way too thick for my taste, but the balance was just right.

Mason Dixon Bakery offers a selection of 8-inch layer cakes available to ship.
