Another way to make up a breakfast bowl is by combining any of your favorite breakfast foods, like eggs, gluten-free sausage , steamed or sauted greens, roasted potatoes, hash browned potatoes, cooked beans, any veggies you like.

Seriously, just put stuff in a bowl, add some hot sauce, salt and pepper, and call it breakfast! It can be as simple as that!

Vegan Gluten Free Breakfast Ideas Chia Seed Pudding

Although chia seed pudding is usually, well ummm a pudding :), its actually really delicious to eat for breakfast with a nice load of mango or any other fruit that you like.

I like chia seed pudding so much that I can eat it all on its own without anything added.

But the best way to eat it is with some fruit of course.

Chia is a powerful food to include in your diet, being a rich source of protein.

Soak the chia seeds in plant milk and sliced Medjool date overnight. Then mix them with the mango in the morning.

Squeeze on some lime juice for a yummy tang.

Another delicious chia recipe is this strawberry chia pudding recipe which I must say, is currently my all time favourite chia recipe.

Tip: chia seed is considered a superfood, making this an excellent choice for a health-packed, high protein breakfast. If you dont have any Medjool dates, you can use maple syrup instead.

Start the day with a little something sweet! These vegan breakfast baked goods are best enjoyed with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

I could eat slice after slice of this banana bread! A mix of almond flour and whole wheat pastry flour gives it a super moist and tender texture.

In the vegan world , smoothies have become a go-to for breakfast.

I have never really been a smoothie kind of girl because I’d rather EAT!

Of course I’ve had some smoothie phases – what vegan hasn’t , but when it comes down to it, I much prefer to eat my calories rather than drink them.

So, I’ve put together this collection of 40+ AMAZING Vegan & Gluten-Free Breakfast Recipes from my favorite bloggers across the internet.

Vegan Gluten Free Breakfast Burrito

You can easily prep elements of breakfast burrito ahead of time. Make these vegan gluten free tortillas in advance as well.

Instead of the regular bean and potato vegan burrito I incorporated some healthy complex carbs, a probiotic rich ingredient , nutrient rich sprouts and a delicious avocado sauce that provides moisture and enhances all those flavors.

For an extra kick I added this organic sugar free ketchup it has clean ingredients, absolutely no sugar and it comes in a glass bottle.

How To Customize These Cookies

Not a fan of coconut or allergic? Omit the shredded coconut and just add more oats. Personally, I think the coconut adds a lovely texture.

Likewise, if you dont have hemp seeds, you can omit or add more shredded coconut. But you should really get some hemp seeds!

Allergic to almonds or dont have almond butter? Use any nut butter you like, such as cashew butter or peanut butter . Just be sure to use a smooth, not crunchy, variety, as the nut butter is the replacement for oil in this recipe.

For the dried fruit mix-in, you could really use any variety you like. I have used raisins, currants, finely chopped apricots, finely chopped dates, and dried cranberries .

And if youre not a fan of dried fruit at all, feel free to substitute with dairy-free chocolate chips. I love the chewiness that dried fruit brings, but the chocolate chip version makes these taste more like a classic cookie . The chocolate chip version is a favorite in our house.

For the seed and nut mix-in, pepitas, sunflower seeds, or any kind of nut works well. Just chop them up pretty good so you dont get large pieces.

Some flavor variations that we tried are below. My favorites are anything that contains chocolate chips , dried blueberries, and dried cranberries.

Quinoas the perfect vegan, gluten free, healthy, high protein breakfast. In fact the health profile of quinoa is quite astounding.

Quinoas a complete protein, meaning that it provides all 9 of the essential amino acids that your body needs.

Its absolutely delicious eaten as a sweet breakfast with sliced fruit and plant milk.

To make a sweet quinoa breakfast, choose some fruit that you like and slice it into a bowl of pre-cooked, cold quinoa.

Pour your favourite plant milk over it and enjoy.

I love a quinoa bowl with kaki and banana with a little unsweetened soy milk over it. Other fruits that go well are mango, pear, kiwi and nectarine.

Absolutely yummm.

TIP: For the best taste, serve the quinoa cold but not straight-from-the-fridge-cold. If it comes from the fridge, microwave it for a moment to take the chill off before serving with the fruit.

Making A Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Vegan Breakfast Casserole (Gluten Free)

For extra flavor, I cooked the gluten free oats in coconut milk. I know that many people also look for inspiration for quinoa breakfast recipes.

Well, then I suggest to use quinoa instead of the gluten free oats.

You might have to adjust the amount of milk and the cooking time a bit according to the package information on your quinoa.

Otherwise, this combination also works very well.

Of course, you have to make sure that the quinoa is really well cooked and has absorbed all the liquid. The last thing we want is a soggy mush in our bowl.

As you can see, I finally sprinkle this vegan Breakfast Bowl with coconut flakes and some nut butter. The one you can see is cashew butter.

But I tried several ones, from almond to hazelnut butters they all work excellent.

If you need an allergy-friendly version, go for sunflower or pumpkin seeds and sunflower seed butter.

This one probably will come a bit too firm, so youll have to use a bit of water to thin before giving it over the bowl.

Its all super-quick and super-delicious and gives me an early morning energy-boost.
