Similarly, you may ask, is there a dress code for Seasons 52?

There definitely is no dress code if you’re traveling to the midwest locations of Seasons 52. In the summer you see everything. You probably would be most comfortable in business casual attire. No, but most people are dressed business casual.

Additionally, does Seasons 52 have live music? Review of Seasons 52. A pleasant surprise – and live music! While the lighting inside was darker than I would have liked, I was surprised to find live music in the form of a piano player in the center of the bar. The bar area was VERY crowded, but had a great vibe, and was mostly a middle-aged crowd.

Also to know is, is Seasons 52 Byob?

Seasons 52. Corkage is $15 per bottle of wine, no bottle limit. Seasons 52’s seasonally inspired menus feature ingredients at their peak of freshness. Rustic cooking techniques like brick oven roasting and open-fire grilling bring out natural flavors.

Why is it called Seasons 52?

Seasons 52 Root And Vine Menu Is A Perfect Fall Night Out

While I tend to choose locally owned restaurants when going out, there are certain chain restaurants that I make exceptions for. Atop that list is Seasons 52, especially with their rotating menu, which allows them to offer fresh, seasonal ingredients. Recently, I had the opportunity to try their new fall Root and Vine menu, which is a three-course offering for a very reasonable $29.95. You can also enjoy a curated wine flight with your meal for $18.

For the first course, we were given the choice of tomato cheddar bisque, daily soup, field greens salad, or kale Caesar salad. We tried the tomato bisque and soup of the day, which was a broccoli bacon chowder. The tomato soup coated my mouth with a deep tomato flavor and paired well with cheddar crisps. The broccoli chowder had a smokiness from the bacon and was more chunky than creamy, with large pieces of veggies.

The wine flight paired very nicely with the menu. It featured 3 different styles from Caymus, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, and their proprietary blend . The chardonnay was crisp and light, which they recommended pairing with the roasted cod. Their proprietary blend was suggested to accompany the lamb, which it complimented well. Although we didnt order the prime sirloin, which was the entrée paired with the cabernet sauvignon, we still enjoyed the deep flavor and slight spice that it offered.

Seasons 52 Wows Us With Service And Their Gluten Free Menu

Here’s The Truth About Seasons 52

I try to avoid the Arden Fair Mall at all costs. I have been shopping there maybe about 10 times in the 10 years since I have lived here and its always been a pain. Probably because of frustrating trips to the Apple Store and the always promising long wait therein. Even with an appointment. For those of you that have been there you know what I mean. Then theres the abundant parking at Arden Fair. And the youngsters these dayshmmm. Nothing good can ever come from a trip to the mall. But wait!

But last Friday we did NOT go to the mall! We went to Seasons 52, a restaurant that happens to be tucked into the aforementioned mall. They have been there since January 2013, and I have been eager to come back since the media opening I attended at that time.

Eager to come back because of the concept of the restaurant and its direct fit with this website!

Every entree at Seasons 52 is designed to be less than 475 calories. Heres a link to their menu. There are no freezers in the kitchen/pantry, so no meats or fish or vegetables are ever frozen. No butter or margarine is used in food preparation. Instead, extra flavor comes from natural caramelization on their wood-fired grill and brick oven. Seasons 52 also has a chefs table for chef-hosted events and wine pairings, and features a piano bar with live music currently on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

For appetizers we ordered the Oak-Grilled Maine Lobster Tail served with melted lemon butter .

Seafood A Staple On Seasons 52 Menu

Darden Restaurants Seasons 52 launched its autumn menu this week, featuring Prince Edward Island mussels, all-natural grilled quail and a duck salad.

Seasons 52 executives talked seafood sourcing and menu trends with SeafoodSource during the fall menu unveiling in Orlando, Fla., where Darden, the worlds largest casual-dining company, which also operates Red Lobster and Olive Garden, is headquartered.

Seasons 52 a casual, mixed-menu chain that focuses on natural, sustainable offerings often features P.E.I. mussels in the fall.

Mussels are best in the fall, and P.E.I. gives a really tasty, consistent mussel, said Clifford Pleau, senior director of culinary for Seasons 52. Another very seasonal item that is extremely popular with guests is Copper River salmon, which is available beginning in May.

However, the staples on Seasons 52s menu that are most popular with customers are its Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon, featuring organic salmon from Scotland, Caramelized Sea Scallops and Wood-Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Reece Youmans, manager of Seasons 52s Altamonte Springs, Fla., location, told SeafoodSource.

Seasons 52 also sources farmed salmon from free-swimming farms in South America. The primary distributor for the health-focused chain, which currently operates 20 restaurants nationwide, is SaveOn Seafood in St. Petersburg, Fla. We have known them for years, and they are able to source fish from around the world, said Youmans.

Eating Out Gluten Free At Restaurant Chains

You see, if youre allergic to gluten or have Celiacs Disease, there are a few issues that you sometimes run into.

First, most major restaurant chains dont offer an official gluten free menu. Youll literally have to spend hours at a time looking at a restaurants nutrition and ingredients list manually crossing out unsuitable options for your diet. This is an annoying and painstaking task that should be done by no one, and I mean NO ONE.

And if restaurant does have a gluten free menu, they usually burry it in the archives of their websites where youll literally take hours of your life digging through it into you finally find the menu.

Second, if a restaurant does offer a gluten free menu the kitchen staff, servers, and management are either

  • uneducated you know that time when your server teases you with a warm basket of fresh baked bread even after you clearly tell them that you are on a gluten free diet
  • unaware of the gluten free menu sometimes staff dont even know that a gluten free menu at their restaurant even exists.
  • Third, certain restaurants are cross contamination havens I mean seriously, some restaurants you go to are so dangerous for gluten free dieters that their dining experience can be deadly.

    Its a nightmare.

So hopefully, this listing helped you out!
