Simply whisk together ½ cup of gluten free flour with 1 tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of baking powder. Stir in ½ cup of milk along with 1 egg, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. When the mixture is smooth and well combined, fold in ½ cup of gluten free mini chocolate chips. Fry the pancakes in melted butter or coconut oil until browned on both sides then drizzle with pure maple syrup to serve.

    How To Make Gluten

    In a large skillet brown the sausage, breaking it up at it cooks. When most of it is browned add the diced onions and green peppers. Continue cooking until the onion looks transparent. Drain off any excess fat if needed.
