You can also find out warnings of cross-contamination , which is really helpful for those with severe allergies.
- Certified Gluten Free, Dairy Free Or Vegan is the best way to be sure a products is indeed free of those. For people Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity is very important because even trace amounts can cause serious symptoms. This certification means that it does not rely solely on product testing to ensure safety, but examines the entire practices and production process of the facility from ingredient sourcing to employee training, cleaning practices and cross-contact controls.
